2019 EBF Open Symposium

At the 12th European Bioanalysis Forum (EBF) Open Symposium on Nov. 20-22nd in Barcelona, Spain, our Director of Analytical Services will present a scientific poster titled “Evaluating stability and cytotoxicity of human monoclonal antibody in cultured rat hepatocytes with a surrogate peptide approach.” The poster builds upon the research presented at the 2019 ASMS Conference to improve strategies for evaluation of human monoclonal antibody (mAb) in vitro, more specifically the use of protein digestion and surrogate peptide quantitation approach for evaluating mAb stability and cytotoxicity in hepatocyte assays…
