Jennifer Osborne

Jennifer joined XenoTech in 2013 and has over 15 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. She obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Counseling from Calvary University in 2012 and later achieved the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification (SPHR) in 2015. Jennifer is responsible for the strategic alignment of staff to support the company’s goals, growth and direction with a focus on XenoTech’s core values for quality, safety, diversity, corporate social responsibility, environmental sustainability and wellness. Jennifer has represented the company as an invited contributor for multiple global initiatives. Through her diverse background she has developed and implemented workforce strategies that maximize staff effectiveness while enhancing employee engagement and growth.
