Abstract

It is well known that the drug-mediated induction of cytochrome P450s (CYPs) has an important role in clinical drug-drug interactions (DDI). In addition, the DDI guidance issued by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) suggests evaluating the induction potency of drugs on transporters, however, the evaluation is not performed frequently.
