ADME & DDI Contract Research Organization Announces New Website Launch

KANSAS CITY, Kansas– XenoTech, a specialty contract research organization (CRO) providing superior nonclinical studies and assay products to pharmaceutical companies exploring drug-drug interaction- (DDI) and drug metabolism-related safety parameters of their investigational drugs, is proud to unveil its newly redesigned website at www.xenotech.com. Users visiting the site can find a refreshed look and feel, improved usability, carefully designed navigation, and new features to heighten accessibility to 25 years’ worth of expertise.

The new website presents a cohesive platform for clients to find current study design considerations and product descriptions alongside annotations on updates in the regulatory landscape, latest internal research, and more open-access educational materials.

Scott Hickman, Director of Global Marketing at XenoTech, shares his perspective: “One of the new components we’re most excited to introduce is the How We Help corner of the website. A lot of websites just tell you the ‘what’—what they do, what they give you. But we want to connect with people on a deeper level than that; we want to give people the ‘how’ and the ‘why’ and really get to the heart of the challenges they need to solve. We work primarily with scientists, so providing that context and meaning can be important in helping someone develop a solid understanding.”

In addition to How We Help, the new website features Access ADMETM, a new scientific resource hub containing a wide variety of educational content—now organized by topic. In sections such as Regulatory Guidance, Drug Metabolism, and Disease-State Resources, researchers can discover webinars, publications, scientific posters, and more to align with their area of interest. Find commentary on advances in the field, regulatory landmarks for small molecule drug development, and considerations to reduce or properly evaluate risk in our Drug Development Insights (DDI) blog. Clients with studies in progress can use our site to get familiar with study directors and seasoned scientists in the new Meet the Experts section. The redesigned Search & Compare tool allows customers an efficient side-by-side view of multiple test systems to make it easy to choose the exact product or lot most suitable for the application at hand.

XenoTech and emagine, the digital marketing agency contracted for the site’s development, revised or created over 1,000 pages to fit the new vision.

“XenoTech’s new website is a smart, thoughtful and beautifully designed site, elevating the experience to match the critical work they do as a CRO,” said Lily Clark, emagine’s Project Manager in charge of oversight on the XenoTech site revival. “At every turning point, there are opportunities for the user to connect directly with XenoTech to get the consumer exactly what they need in the most direct way possible. Their resources, webinars, blog posts provide seemingly endless content on the work they do and the industry itself, they are more than just test systems, they are an industry resource for those interfacing with the pharmaceutical world. This site was designed solely with the user in mind, from the dynamic homepage to the content beyond what they do and what the user can purchase from them. The project wasn’t just moving from one platform to another, this project was bringing the user experience to another level and ensuring that it was cohesive and interesting simultaneously. There were many moving parts and many moving hands involved in this project and we’re excited that we could play a major role in bringing XenoTech’s vision to life.”

The complete website overhaul comes at the tail end of XenoTech’s 25th anniversary year. Having recently celebrated the most prosperous year on record, the company is looking forward to giving clients and researchers a revitalized portal to interact with and learn about XenoTech.

Visitors are invited to check out the new space and are encouraged to subscribe to a tailored newsletter providing a monthly digest for promotions, upcoming scientific webinars, fresh blog content and other publications, industry updates, new hepatocyte and subcellular fraction lot availability, and more.
